1. SPONSOR

The Goodheart Animal Health Centers x Denver Summit Wellness Sweepstakes is sponsored by Goodheart Animal Health Centers.

Instagram is not a sponsor, administrator, or otherwise affiliated with this Sweepstakes. This Sweepstakes is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Instagram.

2. SWEEPSTAKES PERIOD

The Sweepstakes begins at 12:00:00 a.m. Mountain Time on August 1, 2026, and ends at 11:59:59 p.m. Mountain Time on August 31, 2026 (the “Sweepstakes Period”).

3. ELIGIBILITY

The Sweepstakes is open only to legal residents of the State of Colorado who are at least 18 years of age at the time of entry.

Employees, officers, directors, and representatives of Goodheart Animal Health Centers, the Denver Summit, and each of their respective parent companies, subsidiaries, affiliates, advertising and promotional agencies, and immediate family members or household members of each are not eligible to enter or win.

Void where prohibited or restricted by law.

4. HOW TO ENTER

To enter during the Sweepstakes Period, an eligible participant must:

1. Follow the official Goodheart Animal Health Centers Instagram account;
2. Follow the official Denver Summit Instagram account; and
3. Complete and submit the official online entry form available through the designated Goodheart Animal Health Centers Sweepstakes landing page.

Participants may be required to provide their Instagram username or handle on the entry form for purposes of verifying eligibility and compliance with the entry requirements.

Limit one (1) entry per person during the Sweepstakes Period. Entries received in excess of this limit, or entries generated through automated, robotic, programmed, or similar means, will be void.

All entries must be received by 11:59:59 p.m. Mountain Time on August 31, 2026. Proof of submission is not proof of receipt by Sponsor.

5. PRIZE

One (1) Grand Prize will be awarded.

The Grand Prize consists of:

• One (1) Goodheart Animal Health Centers pet wellness package valued at $1,000;
• One (1) signed Denver Summit jersey;
• One (1) soccer ball

The approximate retail value of the total Grand Prize is $1,000 plus the value of the signed jersey, soccer ball, and team poster.

The specific terms, conditions, restrictions, and expiration dates applicable to the Goodheart Animal Health Centers wellness package will be determined by Sponsor and communicated to the winner. The wellness package may not be redeemed for cash and may not be transferred, assigned, or substituted except at the sole discretion of the Sponsor.

The prize is non-transferable and no cash or other substitution is permitted, except that Sponsor reserves the right to substitute a prize or prize component of equal or greater value if the advertised prize or prize component becomes unavailable.

All federal, state, and local taxes and any other expenses associated with acceptance or use of the prize are the sole responsibility of the winner.

6. WINNER SELECTION AND NOTIFICATION

One (1) potential Grand Prize winner will be selected in a random drawing from all eligible entries received during the Sweepstakes Period.

The drawing will be conducted by Sponsor or its designated representative after the conclusion of the Sweepstakes Period.

The potential winner will be contacted using the information provided at the time of entry and may also be contacted through the Instagram account associated with the submitted Instagram handle.

The potential winner must respond within [five (5)] calendar days of the first notification attempt. Before being declared the official winner, the potential winner may be required to:

• Verify eligibility;
• Confirm compliance with all entry requirements;
• Provide requested information necessary to administer the prize; and
• Sign and return an Affidavit of Eligibility, Liability Release, and, where legally permissible, a Publicity Release.

If the potential winner cannot be contacted, does not respond within the required time period, is found to be ineligible, has not complied with these Official Rules, or the prize notification is returned as undeliverable, the potential winner may be disqualified and an alternate winner may be selected from the remaining eligible entries.

Sponsor’s decisions are final and binding on all matters relating to this Sweepstakes.

7. ODDS OF WINNING

The odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received during the Sweepstakes Period.

8. GENERAL CONDITIONS

By entering, participants agree to be bound by these Official Rules and the decisions of the Sponsor, which are final and binding in all matters relating to the Sweepstakes.

By participating, each entrant agrees to release and hold harmless Goodheart Animal Health Centers, the Denver Summit, Instagram, and each of their respective parent companies, subsidiaries, affiliates, officers, directors, employees, representatives, agents, advertising and promotional agencies, and prize providers from and against any and all claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, or expenses arising out of or relating to participation in the Sweepstakes or acceptance, possession, use, misuse, or inability to use any prize.

Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to cancel, suspend, modify, or terminate the Sweepstakes if fraud, technical failures, human error, or any other factor beyond Sponsor’s reasonable control impairs the integrity or proper functioning of the Sweepstakes.

Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any individual who tampers with the entry process, violates these Official Rules, or acts in a disruptive, fraudulent, or unsportsmanlike manner.

9. PRIVACY

Information collected through the Sweepstakes entry form will be used for purposes of administering the Sweepstakes and as otherwise described in Sponsor’s applicable privacy policy.

Any optional marketing communications consent must be separately identified and will not be required as a condition of entering or winning the Sweepstakes.
